Teachers can built a nation with a literate and smart people. A good teacher is the one who teaches the life lessons also with the school lessons. Teacher is not the one who spoon feed her students. She tries to learn her students and solve their mistakes. While teaching the students she too being a student. She must know the pulse of her students. For her students, they have memorize their teachers words when they faces a problem. Teacher can't do any magic things. Because they are normal human. But through their positive words and actions some magics will happen.
In the initial days of education, students have their relation with their family, then to their school. Most of the students seems their teacher as their mother. Sometimes times they called teacher as 'amma' that is a natural process. Like a mother, teacher guide her students. The guidence from basic level leads to develop the skills and talents of the students. Teacher has the right to punish her students like a mother and father have. For most of the people know the names and details of their teachers in their nursery and primary even if they forgot the name of teachers from the college section. They can't forgot them. Because those teachers are their second mother.
