Food is the fuel which helps us to sustain our lives. It gives us the required energy with which we do all our chores. Food provides us with the required nutrients so we should plan our diet very carefully. We intake food and it goes through the process of digestion and gets broken down into finest particles which are then absorbed by the blood which helps us to get energy. A perfect healthy diet is the one which consists of all the required elements and the nutrients, our body basically requires five nutrients namely carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamin and mineral, deficiency of any of them can cause diseases.
We should also take care of the fact that we should intake roughage it helps to keep of digestive system clear and eradicates the unnecessary elements. Also, we should take in water in enough quantity so that we get enough hydration and our body also gets minerals from water.
A large part of our diet should consist of fruits, they have a lot of vitamins, mineral and other requirements also keeping a lot of vegetables especially the green vegetables are important. A complete diet helps us to stay fit as well as fight diseases and build a strong immune system.
