For the regulation of reaction , graphite rods are used. These graphite rods reduces the reaction . The walls of the reaction chamber is made thick of about 5 feet. Any leakage or uncertainty happened would lead to a explosion which causes its effect over generations. The nuclear waste too needs to be properly managed.
