    The correlation between health and fitness is really close. If we have a healthy lifestyle, that is, if we stick to a healthy routine, our bodies will naturally become fit. Also, if we want to maintain our fitness, the first focus must be given to a healthy lifestyle in order to achieve the desired results. Whether you care about fitness or not, adopting a healthy lifestyle should be a top priority for everyone. The grounds for the development of new diseases and issues in our bodies today are primarily due to the comfort provided to our bodies. Our science has progressed to the point that a machine can perform any tiny task, and humans are accustomed to it. As a result, no physical work is done.As a result, the question of how to stay active and healthy occurs in our minds: eat a well-balanced diet.<div>70% of the requirements for good health are met by food. Exercising makes you feel energised and rejuvenated.</div><div>It is critical that we maintain our mental and physical fitness through this difficult period. On the one hand, physical health is taken very seriously, but mental health is hardly discussed. People are suffering from a pandemic of anxiety, which leads to low self-esteem and melancholy. Mental health is just as important as physical health, if not more so, because a person in physical pain but in a stress free mental state can be made well in a matter of days, whereas a person in good physical health but struggling with mental health issues can feel a lot more miserable and require a lot of specialized treatment to get better. </div>
