1) LOOKERS- Some people come to “just look.” They aren’t looking for anything specific. They’re having a good time shopping and want to see what you offer that could appeal to them. They might have been hunting for a different store, but got lost in the throngs of people in the mall.
2) BARGAINERS – Some customers are aware that you are having a sale. They’re looking to see if they can get a good deal. They just want products and services at less prices.
3)RESEARCHERS – Some are conducting research. They have a basic notion of what they want, but they want to evaluate possibilities and pricing before making a decision. They want the best things so they keep on wandering in search of products.
4) DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS – Some are looking for something to return. A previous purchase didn’t work out for them for whatever reason. They are looking for excellent customer service.
5) LOYAL CUSTOMERS – Some of your finest clients are among them. They frequent your store and like shopping with you. No matter how many times the other person tries to convince them regarding the new shop but they feel hesitant in trying new shops as they trust their shopkeeper with whom they deal frequently.
