    We all know that everything that gives us advantages also give its disadvantages. so today there is a thing that, the new concept that has came into our life after this corona that is called work from home, because before this pandemic no one ever thought that your whole life, in which you wake up everyday go to your office come back from the office go to shopping, moving out, going on trips will be 1 day stoped and everything can be ignored but not work because it is a source of your Living, so work from home is important. now let’s discuss some of the advantages of working from home. you don’t need to travel. there is no problem in waking up early in the morning you can spend more time with yourself that is considered as quality time. you are saving a lot of money by not going out with your friends in shopping and everyday you are learning new things in the field of computers. you are going digital and you are going cashless everywhere and most importantly the development everything is stopped but the economy is still working. we are going digital we are growing in technology. now what are the disadvantages of working from home is some people don’t have the Habit of living in there home for a long time without being social. so they may get in depression, stress. they get too much scared of Corona these are some mental illness that people are facing right now because of being in their houses alone, and you are spending so much time on screen you first work on laptops or maybe on your phone and then you watch TV and then again on phone because you don’t have anything to do, you have no one with whom you can now go out and have fun you have to stay back at your home and because phone is the only source through which you can communicate to your close ones and then while working you get distracted a lot buy TV and maybe Netflix and think like that. you are staying home you have nothing to do so you just cook and eat. you are eating a lot of junk food and you are not doing any exercise because you think you cannot go to gym, you cannot go for jogging and walk and thing like that but you are forgetting that workout can be done in your house as well.
