We are often taught by our elders that “Two wrongs do not make a right”. In today’s world, we have been forced to believe that if a person does wrong to us, we ought to do wrong with that guy as well. We have now learned the policy of Tit for Tat.

However, we should know that doing a wrong deed can never make us right. Revenge is not and it has never been an option. Even Gandhiji had taught us if someone slaps on one of our cheeks, place the other cheek in front of them. If not at that time, but eventually the person will realize that it was wrong what he did to you.

In the movie “Lage Raho Munna Bhai”, Sanjay Dutt had won the battle against Boman Irani. He did not fight with him, rather he stuck to the rule of Gandhiji. Even when Boman Irani was doing a heck of wrong stuff with Sanjay Dutt, he did not respond to any of that. He just protested in a nice way by standing in front of his house. And eventually, Boman Irani lost the battle. Even some movies give us good examples related to our famous proverbs.

Though in today’s fast-moving world, people do not believe in such things, but what is correct is correct. There was a saying “Treat people as you want to be treated” which has been reversed now to “Treat how others treat you”. People nowadays don’t believe in doing good deeds for others. In life, we will face many such situations when we’ll need to stand up for our rights but that does not mean doing wrong things with others would make us more successful or so. Believe in doing good things for others and God will bless you with the best.
