The working hours these days have become monotonous.

Since we work from now, there comes freedom with major drawback that there no specific working hours. You are expected to work constantly irrespective of the hours.

Working over time does cause severe problems such as:

1. Hypertension

2. Diabetes

3. Anxiety

4. Depression

5. Stress

6. Sleep and fatigue

7. Occupational injury

and many more.

Having a stable work-life balance is very crucial these days, considering the amount of pressure, load and extensive work hours each working employee goes through.

Overtime work often results in unbalanced lifestyle and food habits. This at first looks ignorable. But, with age things change. The body looses its vitality and becomes fragile. This might seem unimportant, but at the long run, apart from inherited diseases or biological problems, poor habits throughout cause unexpected issues in the later half of our life. Everything gets added up at the end.

Having 1:1 ratio of work and life balance is extremely important. Now-a-days, we also see offices that offer work-life balance specifically in order to maintain things better. Many offices get gym in to their premises, have short trips every quarter, etc.
