The energy that we get from the sun is called solar energy. It is considered renewable energy as it will remain as long as the sun remains over our heads. It is also pollution-free as there are no harmful gases involved in this process nor are any residues produced throughout the process.

Solar energy is the energy we get from the sun that is transformed into thermal or electrical energy with the help of photovoltaic cells. Since the energy directly comes from the sun, the production cost of solar energy is zero. A photovoltaic cell can do its work even in low sunlight, so we do not have to worry about electricity on a rainy or cloudy day.

Solar energy is very popular among people these days. There are so many houses, shops, schools, and colleges that use solar energy as a form to produce electricity.

When sunlight reaches the Earth and falls on a photovoltaic cell, it generates electricity through an electronic process. This energy then gets stored in the batteries in a chemical process and then used to supply power through a small electronic gadget called calculators.

Air pollution is the biggest threat for the country these days, so this is an initiative to reduce air pollution and make this country a better place to live in. We should focus on keeping our country clean by using some measures that would keep the security of the environment in mind. Also, some countries have announced that the citizens have to install solar panels on the roof of their houses or to plant trees so that the environment is kept safe in either way. The maintenance of the solar panels is very minimal, so people can afford it. To help our environment to grow, we should take some measures like shifting from non-renewable sources of energy to renewable sources of energy.
