Stress and tension is not always bad. Some amount of stress and tension is good for a person to improve his or her productivity and move ahead in life. However when this thing exceeds beyond limit and start taking a lot toll on the body and mind it is time to take necessary measures to prevent or limit the stress and tension from your life.
When you have a lot of load on your mind, your mind will always be confused and you will not able to function any of the task properly. Whether it’s related to your daily life or your professional work. You will not be able to perform well anywhere if you are not fully concentrated, interested and putting your hard work into any work. Stress and tension can cause irritation and anger issues as well, which can affect your relationships very badly. It also causes a bad effect on your daily lifestyle. You will not feel to get up and work either you will sleep very less or sleep too much and both of these things are very dangerous. You can also suffer from eating disorders and if the cure of stress and tension is not done on time properly, these things can also lead to many other things like depression, anxiety which can affect your physical health as well by obesity or by malnutrition, skin problem, etc.
