    AIR POLLUTION

The accumulation of contaminants in the atmosphere that are detrimental to people and other living things, or that influence the climate or goods, is referred to as air pollution.

Pollutants are particles that are present in the air. These particles might be caused by the smoke generated by automobiles or vehicles. Pollutants are so damaging to your body that they may occasionally cause serious damage.

    Effects are

1.GLOBAL WARMING: Global warming is one of the most worrisome consequences for scientists and environmentalists. Global warming is produced by the greenhouse effect, which is caused by the large emission of CO2 and methane into the atmosphere. Because manufacturing accounts for the vast majority of harmful gases, social responsibility, and action by firms and industries can be beneficial.

2.CLIMATE CHANGE: Climate change is another impact of global warming. As the planet’s temperature rises, regular climatic processes are disturbed, causing notable variations in these cycles.

As a result of climate change, the bulk of the poles is melting, causing flooding and rising sea levels.

3.ACID RAIN: The hazardous gases or chemicals produced by industry and cars are extremely dangerous. As these chemicals accumulate in the atmosphere and react with water, they produce dilute nitric and sulphuric acid solutions, which mix to make rain, harming both the air and the surfaces.

4.POISONOUS GASES AND Hazardous POLLUTANTS: Poisonous gases and harmful pollutants can cause respiratory issues such as asthma and cancer. It has an immediate effect on the person’s lungs, causing difficulties breathing.

    5. AFFECT ON BUILDING MATERIALS: Because air pollutants deteriorate and change the composition of building materials, many structures and facilities are damaged, degraded, or removed at a quicker rate over time.
