In mathematics, a multiplication table (sometimes, less formally, a multiplication table is a mathematical table used to define a multiplication operation for an algebraic system.

The decimal multiplication table was traditionally taught as an integral part of elementary arithmetic around the world, as it is the foundation for arithmetic operations with the basic ten songs. A lot of teachers find it necessary to make a 9×9 table.
