We all are aware of the fact that food is the fuel and we need energy for doing work which is supplied by food. We must ensure that we intake a healthy balanced diet in order to fulfil all the requirements of our body. A balanced diet is the one which contains of all the five nutrients which include Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat, Vitamins and mineral and along with this diet should contain enough amount of roughage which helps us to clean our digestive system. When it comes to balanced diet one of the most important item is vegetables, we should consume a lot of vegetables in our diet as it has numerous benefits. Green vegetables provide us with the required vitamins and minerals it also provides our body with the required roughage. Vegetables also helps us to maintain our body weight an and grow our immunity power. Various different vegetables contain various necessary vitamin and minerals which are essential for our body and thus we should take in various seasonal vegetables even to be healthy.
