Indian badminton player Saina Nehwal has been the world’s number one player for a long time, and her brilliance has earned her worldwide acclaim. Saina has been playing badminton since 2004, during which time she has won several medals, honors, and accolades.
Saina has always demonstrated an unexpected skill as a badminton player in her early years. Saina’s debut event was the Junior CJC Open in 2003, which she won. Saina finished second in the Commonwealth Youth Games in 2004. Following that, in 2005, Saina won the Asian Satellite Badminton Tournament for the second time, which she again did in 2006.
2006 – Only at age of 16, Saina won the championship, becoming the first female athlete from India and Asia to do so.
2008 – Saina has become the first Asian to win the World Junior Badminton Tournament in 2008. Saina also achieved the ‘Chinese Tapie Open Grand Prix Gold,’ ‘Indian National Badminton Championship,’ and ‘Commonwealth Youth Games’ that same year.
2010 – Saina won the ‘India Open Grand Prix Gold,’ ‘Singapore Open Super Series,’ ‘Indonesia Open Super Series,’ and ‘Hong Kong Super Series’ in 2010. In the year 2010,
