In this type of sleep, you can not think of the dream you had. But it is hard for experimenters to find out about dreams. While you are sleepless your brain activity works and the impressions you have are reasonable. However, during your sleep, your brain still acts but your body isn’t active so your brain works in an inactive way. So the thoughts you have while sleeping are unreasonable. Dreams are autobiographical reflections of your current activities. Occasionally dreams obstruct emotional dramas in your life. And because of the regulation of your brain at a much more emotional level than when you’re sleepless, your brain may make alliances contemplating your feelings that you’re aware you wouldn’t create. Your dreams can help you to preserve the memories which you have found out. It is not yet comprehended how this is possible. But it is quite valid. Dreams can make us fresh and athletic. It enables us to handle emotions, memories and other thoughts. But dreams aren’t always optimistic and nice. Sometimes it can be startling and disconcerting, these dreams are known as nightmares. Nightmares can cause stress, negativity, and anxiety. Nightmares can be the purpose of sleeping disorders. The purpose for this is because you may be anxious before sleep, you have physiological problems and you don’t get an adequate quantity of sleep.
