Let’s make an easy paper lantern craft! Make these pretty paper lanterns at home or in the classroom. When you are done with your paper lantern craft, you will have lovely paper lanterns to hang all over the house!
✔ MATERIALS REQUIRED :
A4 size paper (2 in no.)
1cm x 21cm paper (3 in no.)
✔ TOOLS REQUIRED :
Cutter
Ruler
Glue
Pencil
Glue gun
✔ HOW TO MAKE IT :C
1. Cut off the end of the paper. Set aside to use as the handle.
2. Decorate the sheet using coloured pens, paint or glitter.
3. Fold your paper in half lengthwise along the dashed line.
4. Cut the marked lines along the sheet.
5. Unfold the paper.
6. Match the long edges together on the lantern and use tape to hold it in place.
7. Staple the handle to the top of the lantern.
And after following these easy steps, you’ll have your very own paper lantern.
