A vast list of species are around us that have adapted over times to survive in their own environment. Let’s discuss about one wonderful adaptation of a Polar Bear– Thick fur on their bodies– which help them to thrive in coldest environments.
Polar bears are entirely covered in thick and luxurious double layers of fur, being the thickest of any bear. This insulates them from the cold, even in waters. The fur coat usually appears to be perfectly white providing camouflage against the snowy background. They also have thick fur on their paws to give best grip on slippery surfaces.
