Here is an example using the future present tense:

Tomorrow, I will be leaving for a business trip to New York City. I am flying out on the 8 AM flight and arriving at LaGuardia Airport around 10:30 AM. Once I land, I am meeting my colleague, Sarah, at the baggage claim. We are then taking a taxi to our hotel downtown.

In the afternoon, I am attending a conference at the Javits Center. I am presenting a new product proposal to the marketing team at 2 PM. After the conference, Sarah and I are going out for dinner at a nice Italian restaurant near our hotel.

On Wednesday, I am visiting a few potential clients in the city. I am having breakfast with the first client at 9 AM, followed by a meeting with the second client at 11 AM. In the afternoon, I am touring a manufacturing facility with the third client.

I am returning home on Thursday evening. My flight is departing from JFK at 6 PM and I am expected to arrive back in Los Angeles around 8:30 PM. Overall, this business trip is jam-packed, but I am looking forward to the opportunity to meet with our East Coast partners and promote our new product line.
