The Constitution of India is the biggest on the planet. The constitution was declared on 26 January 1950, three years after India’s independence. A special committee was detailed to outline the constitution. The constitution provides all the evidence related to what is legal and what is illegal in the country. In extension, with the completion of the constitution, the Indian subcontinent became the Republic of India. Moreover, the drafting committee comprises seven members that were led by B.R. Ambedkar. Moreover, the constitution maintains wealth and peace in the country. The Indian Constitution has an exhibition of, 448fourhundred, and forty-eight Articles, twenty-five groups, twelve Schedules, and five appendices. Aroundximately 3 years was obtained to finalize the draft of the constitution. The major six rights are given by the Constitution, right to equality, freedom, against exploitation, freedom of religion, education, and Constitutional Remedies. First of all, the right to equality means all citizens are the same in the eyes of the law, no one can be discriminated against for their gender, caste, class, religion or anything, everyone should have equal rights and opportunities. The second one is the right to freedom which means every citizen of the country is free to do what they want. They can stay their lives in the direction they want to live. Nobody can’t stop them. The third one is right against exploitation, the underprivileged people are often seen to be exploited by powerful people which is wrong. By this right, they can have equal opportunity in education, occupation and in their way of living. The fourth one is the right to freedom of religion, it gives all the citizens the right to conduct the religious beliefs they want to have, nobody has the right to discriminate against people. The fifth one is cultural and educational rights, this law protects the minorities from discrimination in society. It gives all the people control of their way of living as they want and doesn’t stop them from the right to be educated or in any way. The final one is the right to constitutional remedies, it is a very important law. It gives rights to petition the court of law for justice.
