    Bhagat Singh

    Bhagat Singh is a great Indian freedom fighter, his legacy is always left behind us.His born on September 28 at 1907 in Punjab of India to a Sikhn Family. His mother name is Sardarni Vidyavati kaur and his father name is Sardar kishan Singh Sandhu. His father and uncle both were freedom fighters which inspired him to be a freedom fighter and served nation. He is a symbol of patriotism to every Indian. He fight against the British rules of India. He also address as Shaheed Bhagat Singh. He is expert in reading and writing languages like Gurumuki, Urdu, Hindi, panjabi and English from very young age. He had the great passion of reading from childhood.He is influenced by Marxist Ideology and the anarchist idea that led to revolutionary contribution towards the movement. He had joined Hindustan Republican Association which was radical group against the British rules. After killing of Lala Lajpat Rai by British police officer John Saunders he pledge to avenge his death. He planned to kill SP Scott,on december 17, he killed Scott along with the help of Chandrashekhar Azaad and Rajguru.He arrested from the spot along with his partner.He underwent from a hunger strike for protest of the inhuman treatment of the prisoners.He is sentenced to death. In 23 rd march, 1931 he was executed by hanging. He died at a very young age of 23. He held the title of “Shaheed-e- Azam” For sacrifice his life at a very young age. He is an inspiration to all India he himself is the great symbol of patriotism. Indian’s can never forget his contribution towards our nation.
