Firstly, we all know that smoking is very dangerous for us. Smoking has many bad effects on our heart. Too many youngsters fall victim to smoking. Smoking is a major health risk. Many youngsters addicted are addicted to the smoking. Smoking harm our lungs, heart, blood circulation, stomach, bones, eyes, mouth and skin. As well as smoking causes a lot of diseases like cancer, lung disease, heart failure etc. Smoking also occurs a problem of immune system. It damages our blood vessels.
Yes, I think smoking should be definitely banned in public places. Public smoking bans appear to significantly reduce the risk of heart, lung problems, cancer, problems of immune system. Smoking is harmful for those who smoke as well as it’s equally harmful to those around them, that is why I think smoking in public places should be banned.
I think those who want to smoke should do it in a private place not in a public place. Banning smoking in public places is good for our health. This step of government saved us from many diseases caused by smoking.
Smoking is a personal choice and we all know that it is injurious to health. One can’t meddle with another’s personal choice to smoke; however, if a person smokes in public, it affects everyone around them. Burning of tobacco releases second-hand smoke which is equally harmful if not more. Research suggests that there is no safe level of exposure to second-hand smoke. It contains carcinogens that can cause cardiovascular diseases, respiratory problems, or even cancer. Vulnerable people such as pregnant ladies, children, the elderly, or those with a weak immune system are at higher risk. It has also been proven to trigger asthma attacks. Smoking in public causes issues to others as well not just the person who is smoking. Thus, smoking in public should be banned. Secluded areas can be built in places like airports, restaurants, and bars where people can smoke and it won’t be inhaled by others in the vicinity.
‘Smoking’: this word itself is saying a lot. The first thing that clicks our mind is cigarettes. Isn’t it too much? being an active smoker, these people are also making others to smoke passively. Why we suffer? Why this nicotine product is not being banned? though the company shows the deadly warning at the boxes, still people prefer it over a normal healthy refreshment.
Never mind, lets agree with the addiction part, but at least there must be some rules regarding the public places, right? Let the smokers be allowed o smoke in specific smoking rooms only. let not the common people suffer the passive smoking side effects and yes our young generation and the kids specially.
Let there be a ban on smoking on public places and if caught, a heavy fine like a traffic memo. May be something can change then.
