Leadership is a most important quality for a good employer. Not only for the employer but also for the whole people. But generally the skills and qualities are varies from one person to other. For a good leader in a office, class, family, or a group anywhere he or she needs a good leadership skill. With out a good leader sometimes the group can’t work properly, may be the group members are talented but they won’t be able to assigned properly.
Leadership qualities include the skills like:
1. Empathy- a leader doesn’t stuck in the emotions of others and his own. This pull back him to make a proper decision.
2.Confidence- good leader have confidence, he wants to assign the group with confidence and promote the group in any circumstances.
3. Trust- have a trust to the members but don’t blindly believe everyone.
4. Positive attitude – be a positive thinker. Sometimes the members activities bring back from our work. But through the mental strength of the leader the group can come back.
5. Decision making – this is the important thing for a good leader. Decision must be accurate and transparent.

Leadership comes under a personality development. Leadership is a definition of how you lead a team to reach it’s goals and objectives. Being leader is not an easy task. A leader should possess a qualities in himself that he can handle the whole team. You cannot make your team forced to do the tasks. The leader should make such king of impression that the team members can totally trust and listen to the advices of the leader.
A leader should be confident with his words. It should be made sure by the leader that whatever he is suggesting and advising, he should be sure of that. The confusion can be seen on face, so if the team members come under impression that leader is confused, they will deny to take the advices of the leader.
The leader should be perfect in all the ways because he is a leader and the rest of the people follows him. The sincerity shown by the leader will make the whole group to reach it’s goals.
So, in order to be a leader. Be punctual, be confident and the most important, be understanding, so that your members feel comfortable with you. The bonding between you and your members will decide your future goals which needs to be won up.
