    Health and fitness are totally related to each other . If you healthy than you are considered as fit . There is no need of body composition , we may be thin or fat but fitness is something more than that fitness means you are totally fit having no disease from both the expects mentally and physically . So a question arises in our mind now how to stay fit as well as healthy :-

    Take a balanced diet

    Food covers 70% requirements for being healthy . Take a proper balanced diet . Balance diet contains proper amount of carbohydrates proteins fats vitamins and minerals. So as per your requirement of body balanced diet works. Take all these things everyday. Instead of this drink milk , eat lots of fruits .

    Perform yoga

    It is believed that yoga is very beneficial to us. It cures severe disease also. Peform different asanas , body postures that makes you fit .

    Excercise

    Yes , another important things after waking up perform some exercise to boosts your metabolism. Excercise makes you feel energetic and relaxed.

    Meditation

    Meditate for some hours . It relaxes your mind and body . You can also meditate by listening music . Listen to some of the influencers that make you calm.

    Avoid taking stress

    Donot take too much stress . Yes it is true that problems is in everyone’s life . So try to cope it and be relax .

    Yes these are some ways by which we make our body fit and healthy .

    The interrelation between health and fitness is very much close to each other. If we live a healthy life, that is, follow up the healthy routine, the fitness comes automatically in our body. And also if we maintain our fitness at first, to the first priority needs to be given to healthy life, to get the outcome. Whether you are bothered about fitness or not, living a healthy life should be prioritized by every individual.

    In today’s time, the reasons of inbuilt of new diseases, problems in our body mostly arises due to the comfort given to our body. Our science has developed so much that for any small task, machine is available and humans are used to it. Due to which no physical work takes place by our body. And secondly, the mixed up ingredients in the food stuffs which is not healthy but people mostly prefer that, these are the reasons why we are not healthy.

    So, in order to maintain your fitness and live a healthy life, you should wake up early in the morning, sleep early at night. Get fresh morning air. Eat healthy such as green leafy vegetables, fruits, soups etc., Instead of junk foods. Exercise daily and burn out the calories, walk in a fresh air, try to do small works on your own without the help of machines like walk till the shop instead of using vehicle,if you want something,. Use staircase instead of lift, all such activities will make you active and fresh throughout a day.

    Intake more proteins, vitamins, good fats in your food. Eat light. Drink plenty of water. These habits will change your lifestyle and not only you will be healthy and fit but also you will obtain a positive attitude and vibes and you will glow.

    In this hard time which we are going through it is very important for us to stay fit mentally and physically. Physical health is generally taken very seriously but one the other hand mental health is something which is not even talked about. People are suffering from pandemic anxiety with is leading them to lack of confidence and depression. Mental health is also equally important infact it can be said that it is more important as a person suffering from physical pain but having stress free mental state can be cured within few days whereas person suffering from no physical health issue but struggling with mental health issues takes lot of years and specialised treatment for recovery . Healthy mental state can be maintained by practicing the stress management techniques. Some of them are-
    1. Exercising and yogas:- These play a very important role in controlling our stress. Long breathing helps to relax our body ,normalise our pulse rate and oxygen rate.
    Excercises like stretching and taking massages also helps body and mind to relax.
    2. Taking breaks:- Taking break from the normal work schedule and doing thing which makes us happy helps in relieving stress . It can be cooking, dancing, singing. Anything which makes us happy.
    Spending time doing our hobbies will help our mind to stop thinking in a particular direction which is causing stress or affecting mental peace.
    3. Eating healthy:- Consuming balanced diet helps our body to stay healthy and healthy body leads to healthy mind.
    4. Working on the problem:- Working on the problem and discussing with the specialised people helps in solving it which leads to better mental state and healthy mind.
    5. Talk with people around:- Talking plays a very important role in releasing stress. Knowing about people around and most importantly surrounding people with same ambition and mind set gives a lot of support and motivation for a person.

    The correlation between health and fitness is really close. If we have a healthy lifestyle, that is, if we stick to a healthy routine, our bodies will naturally become fit. Whether you care about fitness or not, adopting a healthy lifestyle should be a top priority for everyone.     Health and fitness are interrelated to each other. And individual will be fitter when he or she is healthy. The best way to be healthy and stay fitter is to have good food which is rich in nutrients. Adding on some of the exercises and yoga to the good food helps the individual to be fitter and healthier.

    Nutrients are very important to consume and have good cause. An individual must prefer nutritious food than the junk food. It is very important to eat the fruits and vegetables rather than eating the high calorie food.

    Many of the people does not include those fruits and vegetables in their diet. When they do not include the fruits and vegetables it leads to the malnutrition sometimes.

    Most of the teenagers consume junk food instead of eating the healthy food that is the fruits and vegetables. The junk food contain some preservatives in it and they’re also rich in fats and carbohydrates which are not so good. Doing a mistake is acceptable but doing the mistake even after knowing the truth is a bad one. So, all the teenagers must know the need of the situation and must bring the awareness among the people who are addicted to the junk food. They must motivate the people who are in it all the time.
