    Subhas Chandra Bose

    Subhas Chandra Bose was a Indian freedom fighter. People still remember him for his part in India’s freedom struggle.On January 23rd, 1897 he was born in odisha. His father’s name is Janakinath Bose and his mother’s name is Prabhabati devi. His father is a well known lawyer. Shubhas Chandra Bose is a brilliant student from his childhood,he scored second position in the Matriculation examination. He completed graduation from calcutta university. He went to England for higher studies in 1919. He was selected for civil service but he resigned as he didn’t want to surve british government.Swami Vivekanand and Sri Ramkrishna dev influenced him in his early life. He was very rebellious from his childhood .Subhash Chandra Bose joined the Indian National congress to take part in the freedom movement . He also became the party’s president in 1939. However, due to his resignation from this position for the disagreement to other members,this was only for a brief period.Subhash Chandra Bose was placed under house arrest by the British. But with the help of his family,he was able to flee the country in 1941. He then traveled to Europe in search of assistance against British . Most notably, he enlisted the aid of Russians and Germans in the fight against the British. During his time,the couple have a daughter Anita. in Germany he met an German woman Emily Schenkl and got married to him In the year 1943 Subhash Chandra Bose traveled to Japan. This was because the japanese agreed to his request for assistance. Subhash Chandra Bose established the Indian National Army in Japan. He was most notable for forming a temporary administration. During WWII, the axis countries undoubtedly recognised this interim administration. The INA attacked the North eastern part of India and Subhash Chandra Bose was the mastermind behind this attempt. A few parts were also successfully captured by the INA. Unfortunately due to climate change and Japanese regulations, INA was forced to surrender. Bose, on the opposite hand, was adamant in his refusal to submit.He got away on an aircraft, but it presumably crashed. As a result Subhash Chandra Bose disappeared on August 18, 1945. He became immortal through his contribution towards the nation.

He joined the Indian National Congress as a member (INC). He also became the party’s president in 1939. However, due to his resignation from this position, this was only for a brief period.
