    Food Is a very essential thing for a living and healthy food is so important for healthy living. For healthy living, it is very important to have a good diet. A good diet makes you healthy and you might not get sick often. Healthy food nurtures both our physical and mental health and enables us to stay strong for many years. Healthy food habits should be introduced to the children from the initial stage of their childhood. There are so many benefits to a healthy diet. It helps us to manage our weight, it reduces unnecessary weight gain. It makes us athletic and boosts our productivity. It keeps our organs of the body function well, so many chronic diseases like heart diseases, stroke, diabetes mellitus, poor bone density, and some cancers and many more can be prevented by it. It makes our digestive system work properly. Make our body and mind healthy. It improves our memories. A healthy diet is a reason for our healthy sleep. You can eat healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, fish, eggs, and milk-these are good sources of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants and are important for the normal functioning of the body. We furthermore are conscious about unhealthy food, that is, the food that we should prevent eating. These are generally junk food elements that have a very low or no nutritional value and include an excessive amount of salt, sugar, and fats. It is one of the vastest antagonists in the present-day structure. It impels us more than ever before. It is high time that we understood the harmful effects of this and acquired a healthy food habit for a sustainable lifestyle.
