    Listening music helps clear our minds in many ways. It helps to relax and cool off our stress with joyous and good positive thoughts.

    Everyone has a different taste in music. Some one could like hard rock tracks, some one could like slow and sweet music while some one else could like pop tracks.

    Different people like to listen to different songs according to their mood. Some one sad might want to hear pop music to feel better and relaxed while some one working out might want to hear hard rock and intense music.

    Indeed, listening to music can help clear mind and also relax. It is always advisable to listen to music whenever stressed out or to vibe.
