    Tension and stress bring major discomfort in our day-to-day life. It causes various health diseases that are hazardous in long run. We belong to generation where each work, activity brings stress and tension in one form or other. It in avoidable.

    Hence, it is very important to understand ways and techniques that help us deal with this burden better.

    Listening music helps clear our minds in many ways. It helps to relax and cool off our stress with joyous and good positive thoughts.

    Natural air plays a very vital and significant role in order to have good health.

    We belong to a generation where in we are under tremendous pressure and mental stress. We don’t get proper time to sleep, have food, relax or even maintain our work-life balance at some times.’

    It is very important to detoxify ourselves once in a time. It helps concentrate and get our things together better. It helps clear mind. Majority of stress management begins from in to out, and sometimes, doing nothing, sitting, breathings at normal pace, with good air feels blissful and more relaxing than any other holiday trips, for example.

    There are theories too, that prove that the more relaxing color is considers as green, which means being connected to nature.

    Nature has its power to make us feel relaxed, relieved and stress-free.

    Health is the most important wealth the individual has. Even though there is everyting in life except health, it is not a perfect and a peaceful life. So, it is a very important to maintain the health properly. Let us now see some of the methos to be healthy and fit.

    Tension and the stress have become the most common problem now a days. It is very important to calm down and have a healthy lifestyle. Let see some of the ways to control the stress and the tension.

    •Exercise:-

    Exercising at least for 10 to 15 minutes a day help the individual to be physically fit and also mentally strong. Exercising every day is a very good habit which everyone need to make it and perfect habit to do. Exercising 10 to 15 minutes also relieves us from the stress and the tension we have had. So, it is better to spend at least 10 to 15 minutes even in our hectic schedule an exercise. Yoga relives from the stress and tension we have had. Sparing at least 10 to 15 minutes time on yoga benefit is a lot. It relaxes the muscle and calms the mind. It helps to be physically fit and mentally strong. All the asanas and pranayama helps to Gain strength and to be physically fit.

    •Meditation:-

    Meditating for at least 10 to 15 minutes a day is such a good practice which an individual must add into the timetable. Meditating 15 minutes daily helps the individual to have stress-free life and it also calms the mind in the better possible way. Meditation is not a big deal, it just takes few minutes in the hectic schedule which is so beneficial and will never regret of practising it as a routine.

    •Yoga:-

    Yoga is also equally important to be mentally calm. Practicing 15 minutes of yoga is so beneficial. All the asanas helps to get stronger muscles with the fitter body and good lifestyle with mental calmness.

    Stress and tension is not always bad. Some amount of stress and tension is good for a person to improve his or her productivity and move ahead in life. However when this thing exceeds beyond limit and start taking a lot toll on the body and mind it is time to take necessary measures to prevent or limit the stress and tension from your life.

    When you have a lot of load on your mind, your mind will always be confused and you will not able to function any of the task properly. Whether it’s related to your daily life or your professional work. You will not be able to perform well anywhere if you are not fully concentrated, interested and putting your hard work into any work. Stress and tension can cause irritation and anger issues as well, which can affect your relationships very badly. It also causes a bad effect on your daily lifestyle. You will not feel to get up and work either you will sleep very less or sleep too much and both of these things are very dangerous. You can also suffer from eating disorders and if the cure of stress and tension is not done on time properly, these things can also lead to many other things like depression, anxiety which can affect your physical health as well by obesity or by malnutrition, skin problem, etc.
