Overcome Stage fear
Stage fear is faced by all kinds of performers who perform on stage. We can see in programs and television a lot of anchors and artists easily speak on stage. But it is not that easy to speak when all eyes are on you, sometimes out of fear we do or say something which can embarrass us in front of everyone. So It is very important to overcome stage fear. Not only beginner but sometimes skills artist also have stage fear.If you want to be an anchor, singer or dancer then it’s very important for you as you have to face the stage and audience regularly. It is not that easy to deal with fear. But by approaching multiple things it can happen. Like when you are going to perform on stage, then backstage don’t feel negative things, always try to see the positive sides. You can deal with your fear by distracting your mind to other things like, you can watch some program, talk to family and friends. By focusing on something else it can reduce your stress. Sometimes you can feel a lack of confidence. The best way to deal with it is to provide in-depth research on your topic and be ready to answer unexpected questions. If you’re going to perform, practice regularly and then you should take into consideration all the unexpected situations and get ready for them, sometimes lack of knowledge or practice can ruin your impression. And if it’s still difficult to relax yourself after applying this technique then you can do yoga as a fear controller. Especially breathing yoga, it can relax your mind and body and reduce your fear. And last but not the least, always believe in yourself and try to be confident. It will make you rock on stage.
