    Food is the fuel which gives living beings the energy to perform all other chores. Living beings cannot survive without food and it is not that any kind of food will make living beings survive. There is a particular requirement of all five kinds of nutrients which included Carbohydrates, Fats, protein, Vitamin and minerals along with this our body also requires Roughage. Without food living beings can barely survive for a couple of days. Malnutrition which can be defined as not enough nutrition causes living beings to suffer many kinds of diseases which causes a lot of pain and suffering and in some cases can even end up taking lives.

    Water the universal fluid is also very essential to sustain life it provides with the required nourishment as well as water consists of many important minerals which are vital for sustaining life. Without water our kidneys wont, be functioning as a result we will not get rid of the metabolic wastes in our bodies which increases the toxicity of our body to a great extent and results in misfunctioning of all other organ systems. Without water living beings can survive for a few days.

    So, it is extremely important that we consume the nutritious food and drink right amount of water.

    Food and water are the components on which our body stands. For a living body to perform action certain vitamins, minerals, fats, protein, carbohydrates and that can only be consumed through the intake of food. There are a lot of advantages of taking health diet. They are:- helps to reduce stress, helps to perform action, makes body strong to fight infections,boost mood, making bones strong. Our body needs food and energy even for actions like sleeping and dreaming. Eating healthy means replacing salt and sugar with more nutritious options such as jaggery, natural sugar like sugarcane and taking very little amount of salt. Adding roughage and fibrous food to the food helps to maintain healthy gut health. Fibrous foods includes legumes,salads, leafy vegetables fruits and they also help in bowel movements. Foods like almonds help in improving memory power of an individual. Foods like dairy products, brocolli, eggs, fishes etc helps in making bones and teeth strong.
    Water intake also has numerous benefits such as-
    It helps to create saliva that helps in to smoothley initiate the process of digestion.
    Staying hydrated help in regulating body temperature. While doing physical activities sweat is secreted that helps to keep the body cool. At that time body looses electrolystes and vitamin and at that time water intake helps in the balanceing of those electrolytes and vitamins.
    It also helps to lubricate the joints spinal cords and joints for easy movement.
    It helps to remove excess water through urination, precipitation etc in order to regulate body’s temperature.
    Taking adequate amount of water helps in maximising the physical activity.
    It helps in smooth bowel movement and helps prevent constipation.
    It improves the oxygen leve in the blood and carries essential vitamin and minerals in the entire body.
    Helps in the treatment of diseases like:-
    Constipation
    Kidney stones
    Hypertension
    Urinary tract infection

    Food and water are essential things to sustain the life of humans. Not only for the humans but for the whole living things in the world. Food water and shelter are three essential things for a living creature. These are manmade things. We can live without shelter for years if the situation was not good. Can live without food for only few weeks. But without water we can’t sustain our life more than two days.

    Water nourishes our body with minerals and vitamins. That is the basic thing that get nature. The natural water have a very cold and mild taste. We can refresh using the fresh water when we are tired. Unfortunately the amount of fresh water that exists in the world is very less. We heard that if the third world war happens it is for water. Nile river and Amazon forest are the sources for fresh water in the world. For the proper functioning of our body we need the good use of drinking water. The medical science says that per day six liter water is essential for the body functioning.

    Food is the other important thing in our life. Most of us saves money to have food for the next day. Many of the people are interested to have tastier food than the healthy foods. In generally healthy foods doesn’t have much taste. Adding chemicals to food for the taste it destroys the contents of food and also destroys our health too. As a result of our hurry burry life we use preservatives for the better life of foods. These results to have more disease. A healthy food includes vegetables, leaves, fruits, pulses, oils increase our body efficiency. A proper food habits helps to nourish our health and give more efficient in work.
