    Insomnia is a disorder that is related to the sleep cycle. In this, the person suffers from falling asleep or sleeps too late.

    This problem can persist for too long or for short period as well.

    Acute insomnia can last anywhere from a single night to several weeks. Insomnia is considered chronic when it occurs at least three times a week for three months or longer.

    2 types of insomnia are :

    Primary Insomnia – This indicates that your sleep issues are unrelated to any other health ailment or issue.<div>

    Secondary Insomnia – This indicates that you are having difficulty sleeping due to a medical problem.
