The whole world is now fighting with one of the fatal disease . Today , people are escaping them from other people. Yes , I am talking about corona virus. It is so tiny that we cannot even see it with our naked eyes but still now it has taken lives of number of people. There is drastic impact of corona virus in our lives :-
It has poorly affect the health of a person , decreases their immunity and also leads to death.
It has also brutally effected the service and occupation of every individual. Specially for the poor people they has become totally hopeless.
But mental unbalance has effect the most . People blindly believe in myths . Started following misleading information any many more.
Mentally people become so weak that they assume they are affected by corona and get heartattack sometimes.
They are in too much fear and anxiety and this totally affects their mental health.
People started overthinking and hence situation become worst. It has been torturing for all of us.
But what exactly is needed :-
We should not panic in this tough situation. We should be calm.
We donot loose hope almighty God will always with us.
We should stay safely at home. Maintain social distancing and wash our hand time to time.
We should help needed people our maid, our venders, our milkmen and all our workers.
This is a like natural disaster we donot have any control on it only thing it that is needed that we should always stay positive and spread positivity.

The world has been facing a pandemic since the end of 2019 under the effect of one of the strongest and most dangerous viruses till date that is covid19. The pandemic is spreading like a wildfire and has affected crores of people world wide and has even taken lives of uncountable. In such a situation where, one sees destruction with wide open eyes to no proper measures to stop it, it becomes difficult for the mankind to stay in proper mental condition and lead a mental and physical healthy life.
The pandemic has not only affected the mankind physically but it even has a great affect on the mental stability of the citizens. Among the various age groups its evident that the most affected are the teenagers who are already known to be impatient, staying home all day with an internal terror with no where to go and nothing to do has left them in an unstable mental state.
Not only the teenagers even the elderly people are facing a lot of mental health issues as they are facing a lot of crisis and insecurities. Amid this lockdown most of the people have lost their jobs and are unable to cope up with their previous lifestyle, also the terror of what will happen next and questions such as when and how this pandemic will come to an end has left people in mental shocks.
With the ever increasing no of cases and the death rate it is really difficult for people to cope and maintain a healthy mind setup, but at the same time it is necessary too.

Pandemic has caused a huge effect on people’s health. Even the healthy people have started feeling low because of the news and loosing of there closed ones. People are not able to enjoy the nature.This is a critical situation for each one of us. Each one of us have lost someone or the other but this is the time when we need to show patience and thank god for what we have. At this critical time it is very important for people to keep ones own self mentally and physically strong. In this tough time of the people have started sharing fake news that is causing havoc in the minds of people. The very first process for avoiding this situation would be to cut the string from the covid news and death rates. The second process will be doing yogas and excercise daily. Long breathing helps in relaxation of mind. Eating a balanced diet makes our body capable to fighting to the infections leading to healthy body and stressfull mind. Reading books tha encourages the idea of being positive can also be very helpful. Keeping your self busy with the things we like will heal our mental health. Whether it be gardening ,reading books or cooking to learning skills for our future. Spend time with family to avoid negative thoughts and use this time productively to work for your future. Staying strong mentally helps a lot even . If a person is physically unfit his he can be recovered easily with a positive mindset but a person with lack of mental peace takes a lot of time to recover. Trying to be happy, satisfied and thankfull to god with what we have and not expecting for more at present time is what is the time to do right now. Be safe and follow the safety measures strictly. Stay away from negativity and negative people they are the prime source of mental stress. Spent time with yourself ,exploring yourself ,working on your weak points and that won’t give you time to take stress or to think in negative direction. Mental health is as important as the physical health.
