According to Ayurveda expert, Dr. B. N. Sinha, a fish is not a Vegetarian product, as well as milk, but it is an animal product, it is vegetarian. This allows the connection of competition. They will eat together, it increases the tamas guna in the body, which can lead to an imbalance. It also causes certain chemical changes in the blood. This process results in the pigmentation of the skin, or in a condition that is also known as leukoderma.
Delhi-based nutritionist, Dr. Tapasya Mundhra agree that, no dairy products, combined with protein-rich foods. One of the reasons for this is that the milk has a cooling effect on the body, as in the fish, it has a warming effect on the body because it is rich in protein and, when broken down during digestion, a lot of energy.
