The Art of Self-Love
In today’s world people are eager to participate in cat races, to fulfill their requirements and needs, and we hardly think about self-love. Most of us take self-respect very seriously, but most of us take the concept of self-love as half-hearted. Self-love is the elementary component of being healthy emotionally, physically, and mentally. It is more of recognizing oneself and prioritizing self-needs, which makes us happy internally. These can make a strong relationship with my soul, which we used to ignore for a very long time. Mastering this art allows us to live a more elevated and fulfilling life.
