    One must follow basic mantra in life of being happy, staying fit and relishing moments with loved ones. Being grateful to whatever one has yet another most important thing. Considering fitness, staying active is a very important part of one’s day in order stay healthy and fit. Off late, since the COVID-19 pandemic worldwide, we tend to stay at home and laze around even more than we could imagine of. As a result we have turned more lethargic and unhealthy over the time. Such lifestyle is highly unadvisable. It might feel that you are unbothered by it, but in the long run, it can cause adverse effect on our body, which might not be repairable. We must look into measures that make sure we make maximum usage of our day.

    Following are certain tips that can make us active staying within home itself:

    · Routine lifestyle

    First and foremost, it is very important to have a balanced lifestyle. Having irregular sleep and eating pattern while working out externally won’t fetch positive results. In fact, can result into bad effects on our body.

    · Gentle Workout

    While we stay at home, we can still perform mild level workout sessions that include cardio and muscle exercise specifically. Daily workout twice a day for half an hour is sufficient enough to burn some energy and stay fit.

    · Yoga

    Not everyone is comfortable with daily workout sessions or heavy activity every day. The best and yet another way to stay active at home is to do yoga. Early morning is the best time to do yoga, it helps in building focus and brings clarity in state of mind.

    · Fun/Useful Home chores

    Staying at home might feel relaxing to some, while it might feel dreadful to others. Best way to start your day is by making your bed. It is proven that starting your day on this note helps build positivity and clears your mind from the very start of the day. Apart from making your bed, try engaging yourself into other household chores like dusting, washing utensils, clearing messy areas, etc. These tasks might feel easy or too boring but, it is one of the most effective way to stay healthy as well as finish household chores at one go staying at home!

    Being motivated at all the times is the most important thing in human life. Henceforth, we face many situations in which we can be demotivated. Getting demotivated is not a solution rather you should change your habits and make up your mind in such manner that you get motivated all the time, whether you percieve any thing which you feel can demotivate you.

    There exists many situations at which your journey is about to start but by seeing the competition and the competitors in the field, you get demotivated. This should not be the behaviour. Here, you need to understand that you should atleast take a start with confidence, because noone becomes perfect or learns at once.

    For instance, taking an example of a student, who has participated in a debate competition, it was his first time and the competition was with 15 schools. At this time, a student gets demotivated by seeing the regular speakers speaking with confidence. At this situation what needs to be done is to encourage yourself and be confident at the point of competition, speak and represent whatever you have practiced without paying attention to other speakers. Keep it in your mind you are good in yourself.

    The competition is such a thing that one will win and other will lose. You participated but not won, should not demotivate you. Rather, you should keep in your mind that atleast you got to learn that at what part you need to focus and practice. Be motivated at the time of your practice and focus on your goals, so that noone can demotivate you.

    You will be the real you, only when you will find yourself to be motivated in every situation. Learn to encourage yourself. Be in a positivity environment. Read more books, look confident and presentable to look more smart and hence nothing can demotivate you.
