It is not possible to divide anything by 0, as the whole calculation will become undefined as we cannot multiply any number by zero because the value will become zero by itself.<div>
On the other hand, if 0 is present in the numerator of a division, the value becomes 0, because any number (except 0, which will make it undefined) in the denominator will give zero only when it is multiplied by zero.
Hope you understand!

Let’s understand the answer to this question step by step.
1. What is Division?
Answer: Division is the process of equally distributing a quantity among a given number of parts.
2. How does it work?
Answer: Let’s consider the example 8/2, which means 8 divided by 2. The answer to this question would be 4. According to the definition of division, we need to divide 8 into 2 parts, ensuring that each part contains an equal number of units and the sum of all the divided units should be 8. The only way to divide 8 in this situation is {4, 4}.
3. An easier way to understand.
Easy Way: We can express the division expression for the above example as 8/2 = 4. Similarly, if we divide a number x by y and the answer is z, it can be written as x/y = z. Here, x, y, and z are arbitrary numbers.
4. Now, why is any number not divisible by zero?
Answer: Any number divided by zero is undefined because, according to the definition of division, we would need to divide a number equally among zero parts, which is impossible. There is no way to distribute a quantity equally among zero parts. Mathematically, if we consider a number x and divide it by zero, we would need to find a value y such that 0 multiplied by y equals x. However, no matter what value we assign to y, the product will always be zero, not the number x, because any number multiplied by 0 is 0. Thus, any number divided by zero is undefined.
5. Division by zero leads to various mathematical inconsistencies and contradictions since there is no way to distribute a quantity equally among zero parts. Therefore, it is not allowed.

Dividing any number by zero is not possible because it leads to a problem in mathematics. Any number is not divisible by zero because division is defined as the process of distributing or partitioning a quantity into equal parts. However, dividing any non-zero number by zero leads to an undefined result. Let’s try to understand why any number is not divisible by zero using a simple example:
Let’s say we have 10 cookies and we want to share them equally among 0 friends. We cannot divide the cookies among zero friends because there are no friends to share them with. So, we cannot determine how many cookies each friend would get because there are no friends.
Similarly, in mathematics, when we divide a number by zero, we are trying to distribute or share that number among zero parts, which doesn’t make sense. It’s like trying to divide something among nothing. Since there is no specific answer to this situation, we say that any number divided by zero is undefined.
If we were to allow division by zero, it would lead to contradictions and inconsistencies. It would violate fundamental principles and properties of arithmetic, such as the distributive property and the existence of multiplicative inverses.
So, to avoid confusion and ensure that mathematical operations are meaningful and consistent, we say that any number is not divisible by zero.
