    Why should we have healthy food fibres.

    Suppose, you are willing to take part in a ramp walk competition going to held in your school. You are appropriate with the needs and you get selected and while getting ready, you are bit nervous and you have to stand in queue for many hours and you faint down before the competition. It was because, your body does not contain any good fibre. So you did not get the strength to allow your body to face such circumstance.

    So, hereafter we should know:

    • What are the good fibres for body?

    • Which food should be avoided?

    • What to do to stay hydrated?

    • At what time meal should be taken?

    • How to avoid junk food?

    Answers:

    • What are the good fibres for your body?

    = The good fibres which the body should intake are proteins like egg, paneer, milk etc.

    Vitamins like citrus fruits, nuts, spinach etc.

    Good fat foods like avocados, peanut butter etc.

    • Which food should be avoided?

    = Intaking oily food everyday, junk foods like chips, burger, pizza etc., should be avoided because it contains excess fat which increases the risk of obesity and other disease.

    • What to do to stay hydrated?

    = To stay hydrated on the daily basis, you should drink 8-10 glasses of water. It boosts skin health, helps to maximize physical performance, delivers oxygen and keeps you hydrated.

    • At what time food should be taken and why?

    = Food should be taken at a proper timing to maintain your digestion. Breakfast should be done at 9:00-10:00 am, lunch should be taken at 1:00-2:00pm , evening snacks should be at 5:00-6:00 pm and dinner at about 8:00-8:30pm.

    • How to avoid junk food?

    =Junk food can be avoided by having your meal at proper timings. If your stomach remains full, you will not feel hungry. And if you want to substitute your junk food, you can have juices, fruits, nuts, yogurts etc., to fill up your stomach.
