    It is an important function in that it allows you to control your body and mind will be energized and refreshed and alert when you wake up. Have a good night’s sleep also helps the body to stay healthy and prevent diseases. Without enough sleep, the brain is not functioning properly. This can affect the ability to concentrate, think clearly, and to make the process of memory.

    Most adults need between seven and nine hours of nightly sleep. Children and young people need a lot of sleep, especially if they are under the age of five. Work schedules, stress, disruptive, bedroom, situations and medical conditions can all be avoided by getting enough sleep at night. To maintain a good diet and positive lifestyle habits can help make sure you’re getting enough sleep each night, but for some people, and a chronic lack of sleep may be the first symptom of a sleep disorder.

    The internal biological clock that regulates your sleep cycle, monitor, when you are tired and ready to go to bed, or a fresh and crisp. This clock uses a 24-hour cycle known as the circadian rhythm. After waking up from sleep, you will become more and more tired throughout the day. These feelings, the peak in the evening, before going to bed.

    This sleep drive, which is also known as the sleep-wake homeostasis may be related to adenosine, is an organic compound produced in the brain. The level of adenosine increases during the day, when you’re more tired, and then it breaks down in the body, this compound during the night.

    The light also has an effect on the circadian rhythm. The brain has specific areas of nerve cells, known as the hypothalamus, and an accumulation of cells in the hypothalamus called the suprachiasmatic nucleus, which processes the signals when the eyes are exposed to natural or artificial light. This signals to the brain in order to determine whether or not it is day or night.

    When the daylight fades, the night, the body releases melatonin, a hormone as it causes drowsiness. When the sun comes up in the morning, the body releases a hormone known as cortisol, which increases the amount of energy and alertness.

    There are somethings in life which are mandatory to follow in life. Things like eating, sleeping, exercise, yoga etc are some the things which are very important to follow on daily basis.

    Staying healthy physically and mentally is very important. It is important because, it prevents us from many deadly diseases. It is equally important to be physically and mentally fit. There are several methods to be physically fit and mentally strong. Some of the methods include the following :

    1.Sleeping:-

    It is very important to have minimum of 8 hours of sleep to active all the day and also to be healthy. Sleeping perfecting helps the individual from many diseases. It also helps to relive the stress and tension.

    2. Healthy and nutritious food:-

    It is very important to consume healthy and nutritious food every day. To gain a sufficient amount of nutrients and and to be healthy it is very important to consume nutritious food. Consuming nutritious food helps us to gain sufficient energy. Being healthy prevents us from Many deadly diseases.

    3. Exercise:-

    Exercising at least for 10 to 15 minutes a day help the individual to be physically fit and also mentally strong. Exercising every day is a very good habit which everyone need to make it and perfect habit to do. Exercising 10 to 15 minutes also relieves us from the stress and the tension we have had. So, it is better to spend at least 10 to 15 minutes even in our hectic schedule an exercise.

    4.Yoga:-

    Yoga relives from the stress and tension we have had. Sparing at least 10 to 15 minutes time on yoga benefit is a lot. It relaxes the muscle and comes to mind. It helps to be physically fit and mentally strong. All the asanas and pranayama helps to Gain strength and to be physically fit.

    5.Meditation:-

    Meditating for certain minutes helps to calm the brain and soul. It helps and relieving the stress and the tension we have had. It helps us to focus on the things which we are willing to do. It also equally helps us to be mentally strong. It is such a good and a mandatory practice an individual must obtain and must follow without any delays.

    If an individual follows a diet of healthy and nutritious food, exercise, yoga and good sleep helps the individual to be physically fit and mentally strong.

    Healthy person should get eight hours a sleep in a day

    It helps you to get more productive and concentrated while you are working.

    If you are taking a good amount to sleep there will be less risk of weight gain also there is no such clear explanation of weight gain and less sleep but still it is a fact that is known that less sleep results in weight gain being less active during the day because you haven’t Get Enough amount of sleep can be the reason behind the weight gain.

    A healthy amount of sleep can give you a better cal regulation as you will be able to consume less cal in the day time because you have recharged Yourself by sleeping a healthy amount of time.

    No matter in which never figured you work he require energy to work and especially if you are an sports person or a fitness freak then sleep can be the key to your goals because if you are taking a good amount of sleep you can be more active during your work time you will be more concentrated energetic and productive faster in speed you will have a better mental functioning and so that you can also keep an eye on what you are eating and also you require less amount of calories.

    It lowers the risk of heart diseases.

    Sleep provide you more social and emotional intelligence as you will be more concentrated when you are are interacting with someone or you are trying to decode someones inner emotions.

    If you are not getting a good amount of sleep you will surely suffer from depression, stress tension over thinking, insomnia, sleeping disorder. These kind of mental diseases. These are very common diseases that are are found when you get very less amount of sleep and of course if you are not able to sleep, you should definitely concern to a therapist or a doctor, as it can be the sign that you are suffering from some mental problem which can lead to anger, irritation and this can create a huge disturbance in your relationships and you can even try to commit suicides from all the pressure.

    A good amount of sleep can provide you a very strong immune system as when you are sleep your body automatically goes in a mode where it will repair itself regenerate and recover from injuries or any of the inner problem.
