The gaps between poor and rich are increasing day by day. Specifically in India it is a big issue. Poor means people who are economically weak and have less purchasing power and rich people means people who are economically strong have more purchasing power than they want. Poor people are lacking food, shelter and daily goods we need to survive. The gap between them is so bad for the growth of any country. It will make any country economically weak and underdeveloped. In India we have a huge issue of poverty that clearly shows the gap between rich and poor. From previous times poor people are always overshadowed by the government. They don’t take their matter seriously. But the time has changed now, governments are now taking the issue more seriously. Many schemes are established for the welfare of the poor. But because of corruption most of the people can’t get those help. Some non government organizations aka NGO are also taking steps to improve the condition of the poor. Economic stability is very important to achieve something in life. Poor people can not afford higher education for lack of money. So most of them are involved in the works of physical strength like labouring. If half of the people of a population become uneducated then the country could never be developed. The economic growth of a country is very important for development. The improvement is needed on the government schemes to remove the gap. More programs should be held on the side of the government to encourage the poor. Thee gap between the rich and the rich should be removed for the welfare of the country. We all need equal opportunity to achieve something in life.
