Basic Process of Making Cake

Cakes are a form of dessert delicacy that is enjoyed by people all over the world. Traditionally a western dish, it is now very famous in India and people can even make it in their own houses. The recipe for baking a cake is very basic and easy. We have to take butter hundred grams in a bowl and mix it with a cup of milk. Whisk this mixture using a blender. Add powdered sugar according to your taste. Also, add vanilla essence and coco powder to the flavor. You can also add molten compound dark chocolate for a better and enriched taste.

Next, in another bowl, sieve all the dry ingredients together. The dry ingredients include all-purpose flour -1. 5 cups, baking powder – 1 teaspoon, and a pinch of baking soda.

Further add 2 egg yolks to the milk mixture and remove the egg whites. Whisk it nicely.

Transfer the egg whites to another bowl and blend them until they become thick and cloudy.

Transfer all the dry ingredients to the milk mixture and whisk it properly so that there are no lumps left. Add more milk if needed.

At last add the egg white foam to the mixture and mix very slowly. This mixture will provide that bouncy texture to your cake.

Add all your toppings of chocolate chips, almonds, walnuts, cashews, and other dry fruits.

Preheat your oven to 180°C and then bake your cake for 20-25 mins, and it is ready.

Cakes are a kind of sweet dish, or you can say that it is a kind of dessert. People generally love to have them after a meal as a sweet dessert. Cakes have a big importance in our life. We generally cut the cake to celebrate our victory birthdays, anniversary or any special ocassion. People blow out the candles, wish and just celebrate. Cake is my favourite cuisine also. According to the question, we have to discuss the process of making a cake. There are various types of cakes, like biscuit cake, general flour cake with different flavors like vanilla, chocolate, etc. I am going to tell to the recipe for a simple cake.

Requirements:- general flour (maida) – 2 cups, butter , ground sugar , butter paper , refined oil , Baking soda , milk 2 cups,s) dry fruits.

Firstly you need to grind your sugar according to your taste . Then pick up any big bowl and put maida , crashed sugar, baking soda , butter and add little amount of milk and mix you . Please note donot add the total amount of milk together it will affect on your consistency . The batter should not be thick or nor be thin. It should be midium . Mix all the listed ingredients proper for approx 15 minutes. Now pre geat the oven for 15 min.

Take our the container in which you are making cake and grease it with refine oil properly . Add butter paper to the bottom , in case if you don’t have butter paper than sprinkle maida at the bottom evenly just tap tap the utensil . Now mix the half dry fruits in the batter and put it in the greased vessel evenly. Tap the vessel to spread it . Sprinkle the dry fruits above the cake layer and put it in the oven and set the timer.

When the time is over than take it out properly and left it until it cool. Tada!!!! Your cake is ready . Enjoy !!!
