Different ways of teaching students effectively, especially in this pandemic situation, which can even be continued in the future for effective studies.
Teachers need to find new technology of smart teaching and should incorporate smart
animations, and classroom assignments, which will even be helpful to evaluate the students. Technology should be used in such a way to design the practice materials so that it ensures that students should not engage in some unethical means to get grades. More efforts are to be given on evaluation, teachers should go around and bring out innovative ways to judge a student, and practical knowledge should be praised more than bookish knowledge. Teachers and students should take care of the network connectivity, and in case a student is from a rural place where network facilities cannot be exercised for them, the institute should prepare recorded lectures and
hard copies of notes and ensure that it reaches the student in time. Self-awareness must be spread amongst the students, and they should be explained the importance of education to them as they are the future generation to carry forward the human race. Teachers should encourage interaction in class; this will help the teacher-student bond grow and will upgrade the quality of the class. Switching on the webcams of the students should also be enforced; this will help with more engagement. Students should ensure that they engage themselves with active responding skills
because without response, it becomes difficult for the teacher to move on.

Different methods of teaching make for effective teaching. It is very helpful in times like the pandemic. After the parents, the teacher is the most important person in an individual’s life. The teacher is the one who moulds the individual from the initial stage of life and makes the individual into and perfect one. Even though the teacher schools or beats sometimes, it is all for the well-being of the student and bright future of the student.
The first teacher in everyone’s life is their mother. Beginning with the correct thing, the first mistake of the child, mother plays a very important role in correcting many of the mistakes in an individual’s life. Also, the father corrects the mistakes and correctly puts the children. The teacher is very important in our students’ life to achieve their desired goals.
Teachers play a very important role in making the student perfect and make them to understand the need of the situation. Teachers help the students to reach their desired goals, and in any situation teacher motivates a student to get up and stand in all the ups and downs. Like that of the mother and the father, the teacher also feels equally happy when their student acheives high in their life and when they reach their desired goals.
Whatever the situation or whatever the condition, in any circumstances, the teacher never leaves the hand of the student and helps the student to the fullest. So, a student should never behave disrespectfully with the teacher and never make fun of the teachers.
