Hereditary diseases are also known as Inherited Diseases or Genetic Disorders. These are diseases that occur because of defective genes.
Many diseases come over in a generation. It is not specific to a particular generation; it travels down the line up to the seventh generation, too.
There is a wide range of diseases that come under this category. The following is a list of a few of them:
