Our immune system is the one which helps us fight various diseases and thus keeps us healthy and fit so that we can do whatever we are supposed to. We must take care of the fact that we are not nutrient deficient and take good care of our immune system. Ways to boost our immune system:
1. We should consume healthy, nutritious food rather than junk. Healthy food ensures that we are not nutrient deficient and also provides the various requirements of our body.
2. We should exercise regularly to keep ourselves fit; physical health also plays a key role in boosting our immune system.
3. Practicing yoga helps us build concentration and keeps us away from negativity, and also regulates the flow of oxygen in the body.
4. Water is the universal fluid; we must make sure that we consume enough water to keep ourselves hydrated and fresh.
5. Stress has a very bad impact on the immune system. We should take care that we take less stress and do not unnecessarily worry about things.
6. Another important factor is that our body should get rid of its metabolic wastes regularly; for that, we must ensure roughage in our diet; thus, this also helps.
