The following may be interpreted as Kidpid’s (hereafter ‘the Service’) policy towards copyright infringement on the Service in accordance with the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (hereafter ‘DMCA’). The address of Kidpid’ Designated Agent for copyright takedown notices (‘Designated Agent’) is listed below.

Reporting Instances of Infringement

If you believe copyright infringing Content is on or accessible through the Service, please send a notice of infringement of copyright containing the following information to the Designated Agent at the address listed below:

1. Identify the material or work being infringed.
2. Identify the material that is claimed to be infringing. This includes its location and enough detail so Kidpid will be able to accurately locate it.
3. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that the Notifying Party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.
4. A statement that the Notifying party has a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or law.
5. Contact information for the notifying party.
6. A signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright, or the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed.
7. After Kidpid removes material persuant to the DMCA notice, Kidpid will notify the user responsible for uploading the material that access to said material has been revoked. Kidpid reserves the right to immediately and without prior notification terminate accounts on the Service for copyright infringement, especially those which are the subject of repeat DMCA notifications.

Product Pricing Policy

1. Pricing Structure
   • All products and memberships on Kidpid.com are priced as listed on the website.
   • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect purchases made prior to the change.
   • Discounts or promotional offers may be applied at checkout, where applicable.
2. Currency
   • All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise specified.
3. Taxes
   • Additional taxes or fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
4. Membership Plans
   • Kidpid offers subscription-based memberships for access to premium content.
   • Membership fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
   • Members will be notified via email before any renewal charges are applied.

Refund Policy

Digital Products

• Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable worksheets, printables, and online resources), all sales are final.
• Refunds will not be provided for digital products once the download link has been accessed or the product has been delivered.

    • If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased products or membership content, please contact our support team at connect@kidpid.com. We will resolve the issue promptly or provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Cancellation Policy

1. Immediate Access to Digital Products
   • Once a digital product (e.g., worksheets, printables, e-books, or online resources) is purchased and the download link is provided or accessed, cancellations are not allowed.
   • Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be “returned” or “restocked,” and therefore, cancellations after purchase are not permitted.
2. Before Purchase Completion
   • If you change your mind before completing the purchase, you can simply close the checkout page or remove the item from your cart.
3. Accidental Purchases
   • If you believe you’ve made an accidental purchase, please contact us immediately at support@kidpid.com.
   • We will review your request and, if the product has not been downloaded or accessed, we may process a cancellation and refund at our discretion.
4. Technical Issues
   • If you experience any technical issues downloading or accessing your purchased digital product, please contact our support team at support@kidpid.com.
   • We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund or replacement.
5. Subscription-Based Digital Products
   • For subscription-based digital products or memberships, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
   • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the product until that date.
   • No partial refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription.

How to Request a Cancellation

• For accidental purchases or technical issues, contact us at connect@kidpid.com within 24 hours of purchase.
• Include your order number, product name, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Important Notes

• All cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds or cancellations are not guaranteed once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
