Women’s empowerment is also essential for achieving social justice. Women and girls are often subject to discrimination, violence, and other forms of oppression simply because of their gender. Empowering women helps to create a more just and equitable society for everyone.

What is women’s empowerment? Women’s empowerment can be defined as promoting women’s sense of self-worth, their ability to determine their own choices, and their right to influence social change for themselves and others.
More and more no. of women are getting a quality education. However, the true meaning of women’s empowerment will be achieved when gender inequality is eliminated. We need to give equal opportunities to women for equal pay, equal respect as equal to men. We look forward to such a nation.
Women’s empowerment has five components: women’s sense of self-worth; their right to have and to determine choices; their right to have access to opportunities and resources; their right to have power to control their own lives, both within and outside the home; and their ability to influence the direction of social needs.

A female is capable of doing everything that a man does and even more than that because the reason behind our existence here is also a female. In this context, I would like to wrap up my speech and hope that one day, every woman in the country will be empowered in true means. Thank you!
