Explain Biosphere
The word bio means “life” and sphere means “living place”. So biosphere means where life exists. All the creatures, from viruses to human beings, are considered as a part of the biosphere. Every organism plays a vital role in this sphere. All plants and animals have their interactions with each other to run this biosphere. All animals and birds are linked to each other via the food chain and various ecological cycles. If one of the organisms is eliminated from the system, then it will ultimately affect every organism. All creature has their value in fulfilling the demand for the biosphere.
Let us discuss a common example: What will happen if there are no vultures in the atmosphere? Then, it will affect the food chain of the biosphere. Also vultures feed on snake than the number of snakes will started increasing day by day. So that’s why every individual is important for the biosphere.
We get everything from our biosphere only like food, water, and oxygen. Shelter in return we need to protect our biosphere.
Many different cycles, like the oxygen cycle, phosphorus cycle, and water cycle, are continuously running in it.
The biosphere is like a great protection umbrella that protects us from the outside atmosphere. We need to preserve our natural resources for future generations.
Respect and love each organism of the environment. Spread love and care with them. Like us, they are also a very important part of our biosphere.
