Importance of Fruits and Green Vegetables

The fruits and vegetables are very important in the diet. Because the fruits and vegetables do not contain any kind of harmful chemicals and are less in fat and rich in Vitamins and minerals. Consuming food that is less in fat and high in vitamins and minerals is very important in one’s diet. When the food that is rich in vitamins and minerals is taken, the individual will be fitter and healthier. So, it is very important to add fruits and vegetables to the diet to improve well-being.

Many people do not include those fruits and vegetables in their diet. When they do not include the fruits and vegetables, it can lead to malnutrition sometimes.

Most of the teenagers consume junk food instead of eating healthy food, that as fruits and vegetables. The junk food contains some preservatives, and it’s also rich in fats and carbohydrates, which are not so good. Making a mistake is acceptable, but making the mistake even after knowing the truth is a bad one. So, all the teenagers must know the need of the situation and must bring awareness among the people who are addicted to junk food. They must motivate the people who are in it all the time.

So, it is very important to add fruits and vegetables to our diet as they include vitamins and minerals and are good for health.
