A boat left on a railroad track does not usually disturb the train. The fast train on its track is a very heavy object with a lot of speed. This penny is simply too simple to do anything more. Newspaper investigations revealed several cases of penniless people who failed to disrupt trains but succeeded in finding those who put pennies on the tracks. Trains are invincible anyway. A car, a truck, or a brick left on the track can lead to damage.
