Balanced diet means eating adequate amounts of various nutrients like fats, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals. All of these are required in different quantities.All these nutrients are found in different types of food. Children who don’t eat balanced diet are prone to infections and diseases and they also have less immunity. People also face difficulties like lack of concentration, weakness and fatigue.
