All information from our environment is detected by the specialised tips of some Nerve cells. These receptors are usually located in a sense organs such as the inner ear the nose the tongue and so on. So gustatory receptors will detect a taste and olfactory receptor will detect smell. This information required at the end of the dendritic tip of a nerve cell sets of a chemical reaction, that creates an electrical impulse. These impulses travel from that dendritic to the cell body, and then along the eggs onto it and at the end of the eggs on the electrical impulse set of the release of some chemical. The connection of millions of neurones in the body help to build the entire nervous system of a body.
