    DNA is found in all of our cells and controls its behavior. Even one cigarette can damage DNA.

    Cigarette smoke releases more than 5000 chemicals and many of them are dangerous – we know that at least 70 can cause cancer.

    Harmful chemicals enter our lungs and spread throughout the body.

    Tobacco chemicals make it difficult for cells to repair any DNA damage. They also damage the DNA strands that protect us from cancer.
